I’m a strategic facilitator, writer and creator of Moving Pen.

I design and facilitate workshops and strategic sessions that help organisations and teams slow down, ask better questions, see new possibilities and find new ways forward.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, identity and organisational development. I create spaces where people can step out of the rush of everyday work, pay attention, challenge assumptions and explore what matters before moving towards decisions and action.

My approach is shaped by almost three decades of working with words, people and organisations — as a journalist, political speechwriter for the Danish government, brand strategist and facilitator.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief:

Attention first. Thinking next. Strategy follows.

This is also the thinking behind Moving Pen, a guided writing practice I created around handwriting and attention. I use it both as a practice in itself and, increasingly, as part of my facilitation — creating a moment for people to think on their own before they think together.

Because better strategies always begin with better questions.
